4 days ago on Instagram, Adnan Siddiqui, the actor of 'Mere Paas Tum Ho' had shared videos and selfies in which he was participating in the ceremony of setting fire to the drugs confiscated by the Customs Department.
Sharing the post, Adnan Siddiqui wrote, "The war on drugs is on."
He said that the burning of confiscated drugs was organized by the customs in Karachi. Drugs are the evil that destroys our nation and our young generation. The message is to turn drugs into ashes.
Adnan Siddiqui added, "I was invited as a guest to the event where the department set fire to the smuggled and confiscated drugs in the operations carried out throughout the year." The drugs included alcohol, cigarettes and illicit drugs.
The ashes were worth 2.5million USD.
